How long does it last?

The procedure can last between 12 months to 3 years depending on skin, lifestyle, and other factors. Yearly touchups are recommended to maintain color and shape.

How long is the healing process?

It takes about two weeks for the brows to heal.

How long is the initial appointment and the touchup?

The initial appointment takes about 3 hours, and the touchup appointment takes about 1 hour. The times may vary, as some clients may require extra time, or additional passes to get the desired color and shape.

Does it hurt?

The pain level varies from person to person. We use topical anesthesia on the eyebrows and continue to numb the brows during the procedure. There might be mild stinging, soreness, and discomfort but that will go away.

How many Touchups are required?

Most clients require only one touchup after the initial procedure, some may require more if they have sensitive skin. Yearly touchups are recommended to maintain the color intensity.

How do I keep my brows looking fresh long term?

To help keep your brows looking fresh long term, apply sunscreen on the brows when going out in the sun. Avoid putting oil-based foundation on the brows, and avoid acid-based skincare products on or close to the brows.

What to expect during the healing process?

Everyone is different when it comes to the healing process but after the procedure, days 2-6 client’s eyebrows will get darker and thicker. Days 7-10 client’s brows will get patchy and flaky. Days 11-15 client’s eyebrows will fade about 40-60%. Days 16-30 some of that lost color will return back to the brows!

Not everyone needs a touchup but most do since the brows fade up to 40% during the healing process
