NO GUESTS

Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can oftentimes be distracting to our artists. In order to give our clients, the best brows possible we must be able to have our full attention on them!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date. Same-day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that we are very busy and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice, we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling appointments will be possible if the artist is given 72-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you are rescheduling your TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference).

LATE POLICY:

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $40 late fee. Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 25 minutes late to their appointment. Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.

DEPOSITS

When booking your appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: 

• Please Avoid blood-thinning over-the-counter medication such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, etc. for 1 week prior.

• Avoid supplements that affect the blood clotting process (ex. Ginko Biloba) for 1-week pre-treatment

• Do not drink alcoholic beverages 48 hours prior to treatment

• Arrive at the cosmetic salon on treatment day with a ‘clean face’- washed and makeup-free.

• No coffee or energy drinks the day of the appointment

• No working out the day of the appointment 

• NO smoking cigarettes before the appointment

• If there are any open wounds, pimples, bruises, or any other skin irritations on the area; please wait for them to be completely healed before attending the scheduled appointment.
